Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Backend Executive to handle day-to-day operations, data management, Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain accurate data records, files, and databases.

- Prepare reports, documentation, and MIS as required by management.

- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, accounts, and operations for smooth functioning.

- Process client and vendor information, agreements, and documentation.

- Handle email communication, follow-ups, and backend support tasks.

- Assist in updating CRM systems and ensure data accuracy.

- Track project or sales progress and generate performance summaries.

- Support administrative functions and help in process improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in backend operations, data management, or office administration.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data entry tools.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.

- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or MIS systems will be an advantage.
