We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Executive to support daily operational tasks and ensure smooth internal processes. The ideal candidate will handle data management, coordination, documentation, reporting, and backend operations to assist various departments in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update databases, records, and internal systems accurately.

• Coordinate with internal teams to support backend operations and resolve issues.

• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation.

• Handle email communication, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.

• Assist in order processing, billing, data entry, and verification activities (if applicable).

• Monitor workflow progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Identify operational gaps and provide support in process improvement.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).

• Proven experience in backend operations or administrative roles.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or relevant tools.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Basic understanding of data management and reporting tools (added advantage).
