About the Role

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Process Coordinator to support day-to-day operational and administrative activities. The role requires strong coordination skills to ensure smooth workflow execution, timely follow-ups, and effective communication with management, vendors, internal teams, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor daily operational processes

• Track tasks, follow-ups, and ensure smooth workflow execution

• Coordinate closely with the Director, vendors, and internal teams

• Handle vendor communication, work allocation, and follow-ups

• Manage office support staff and daily administrative activities

• Maintain expense records and basic operational documentation

• Assist customers and manage professional communication

• Ensure timelines, instructions, and processes are followed accurately

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong process execution, coordination, and follow-up skills

• Ability to handle internal coordination and task tracking

• Customer interaction and support skills

• Vendor coordination and basic negotiation ability

• Good English communication (verbal & written)

• Basic knowledge of expense monitoring and documentation

• Ability to multitask and work independently
