The candidate will work closely with senior management to coordinate, execute, and ensure timely delivery of religious services and products. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication ability, and an understanding of service-based operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end operations of religious services, online pujas, and devotional product delivery.Coordinate with priests, vendors, logistics partners, and customers to ensure smooth execution.Work closely with higher management to implement operational strategies and improve efficiency.Maintain service schedules, manage bookings, and ensure timely updates to customers.Resolve operational issues promptly to deliver a seamless experience.Maintain proper documentation, inventory records, and daily operational logs.Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and clear communication.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong operational and coordination skills.Experience in operations within the tourism or service industry is a plus.Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi; basic English preferred.Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work under pressure.Basic technical skills for handling dashboards, calls, and service management tools.Minimum education: Higher Secondary (HS); Graduation preferred.What We OfferIn-hand salary of ₹1.56 LPA.Professional growth and learning opportunities in a fast-growing faith-tech company.Supportive work environment and leadership guidance.Performance-based incentives (if applicable).Skill development during the 3-month probation period.
