Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and purchase orders
Maintain accurate records of all documentation related to sales and purchases
Follow up with customers for order confirmation and pending payments
Coordinate with internal teams for timely dispatch and billing
Support the accounting team with documentation needed for invoicing
Assist in maintaining stock and order status reports
Ensure timely and error-free data entry and file management
Respond to basic client queries regarding order status and documentation
Job Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience, proficient in Data Entry/Back Office, and should have Graduate. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently 1–3 years of relevant experience in a back office, admin, or sales coordination role
Experience in pump, mechanical, or engineering products will be an added advantage.
