independently manage office operations, stock control, purchases, vendor coordination, and administrative
support. Ideal for someone who takes ownership and thrives in a startup-style environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage daily office operations, housekeeping, supplies, and maintenance.
● Handle calls, emails, courier dispatches, transport coordination, and visitor management.
● Manage purchasing: sourcing, quotations, vendor follow-ups, order tracking, and purchase records.
● Stock Management: maintain and track office consumables, packaging materials, and sample-related
stock; ensure timely replenishment.
● Coordinate with vendors, transporters, courier companies, and external service providers.
● Maintain office assets, equipment records, AMC schedules, repairs, and service follow-ups.
● Ensure timely payment of office rent, utilities, subscriptions, and vendor invoices.
