Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain data for all legal cases.

• Communicate with clients over the phone and persuade them to complete the legal formalities.

• Provide clients with complete information regarding procedures, dates, fees, and benefits.

• Report court orders and updates to clients promptly.

• Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

• Collect client information, verify documents, and ensure their authenticity.

• Coordinate with advocates to prepare applications and ensure timely submission in court.

• Provide real-time updates to advocates in case of any emergency or urgent situation.

• Keep track of the status of each court hearing and maintain records in the system.

• Update case details and perform data entry in CRM and company software portals.

• Coordinate effectively between advocates, clients, and management.
