Key Responsibilities:
Oversee back office operations and daily administrative activities
Process sales orders and issue order acknowledgments
Handle purchase orders and maintain related documentation
Prepare invoices and coordinate with the accounts team
Follow up with clients regarding orders and payments
Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate dispatch, delivery, and logistics activities
Liaise with vendors and suppliers for smooth operations
Maintain professional communication via email and telephone
Knowledge of Tally Prime for bill entry and basic accounting support
Good command of written and spoken English
