Responsibilities:
Complete data entry work
Provide office and administrative support
Answer telephone calls and emails
Prepare reports and office documents
Create bills and delivery challans
Book train and flight tickets for service personnel
Maintain records and files
Support other office-related desktop work
Skills & Experience:
Fluency in verbal, written communication and documentation. Ability to multitask.
Well versed with basic applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Good with time management. Should be able to work within strict deadlines.
Minimum Qualification:
B.Tech/BE/Diploma/B.Com / BMS/ BA
CGPA>6.5 or Percentage>60
