Role Summary
The Reservation Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end reservations for hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and activities. The role requires coordination with vendors, managing booking confirmations, and supporting travel agents to ensure smooth execution of travel itineraries.

Key Responsibilities
Handle hotel, transfer, sightseeing, and activity reservations.
Coordinate with Bali-based vendors for confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
Ensure accuracy of booking details as per agent requirements.
Maintain and update reservation records in internal systems.
Prepare and share vouchers, confirmations, and invoices.
Monitor booking timelines and ensure timely confirmations.
Resolve reservation-related issues and support on-ground operations.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth handovers.
