Job Title: Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day administrative and back-office operations.

• Manage and update internal databases, records, and documentation.

• Prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, and manage data entry with accuracy.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.

• Draft and manage business correspondence professionally in English.

• Good knowledge of Accounting Principles, with hands-on accounting experience.

• Experience in handling e-way bills and e-invoicing processes.

• Maintain confidentiality and organization of sensitive information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Business preferred).

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Tally ERP with general computer operations.

• Strong command over spoken and written English.

• Excellent data management, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Additional Preferences:

• Candidates residing in or near Kandivali (West), Charkop, or nearby localities will be preferred for easy commute and availability.

• Immediate joiners or those with short notice periods are welcome.
