Job Description:
As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting various office functions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your role involves handling documentation, performing data entry, and providing support to the team. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, managing internal processes, and ensuring all back-office activities are carried out efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Process KYC documentation.
Perform data entry and maintain records in various systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Prepare and manage deals reporting and quotes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.
Maintain a basic understanding of financial transactions and operations.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and data management (preferred).
Typing speed of at least 30 wpm.
