We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our daily operations. The role involves handling data entry, documentation, record management, and providing support to internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
Manage documentation, filing, and correspondence.
Prepare and update reports for management.
Assist in handling invoices, receipts, and basic accounts-related tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (B.Com/BBA preferred).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
