About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and presentable female candidate who can assist in tender preparation and represent our firm in meetings or presentations when required.

The role involves preparing government and private sector tenders, coordinating with stakeholders, and handling professional communication. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and comfortable in making presentations before senior officials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and submitting technical and commercial bids.

• Prepare and format tender documents (RFPs, BOQs, agreements, etc.).

• Create PowerPoint presentations and present to clients or authorities when needed.

• Handle official correspondence and documentation.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and consultants.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (Commerce, Law, English, or BBA preferred).

• Strong command over spoken and written English.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Pleasant personality and confidence in making presentations.

• Prior experience in tender documentation or business coordination is preferred.
