Job Title: Operation Executive - Mutual Funds

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operation Executive to join our team, focusing on managing and supporting the operational aspects of our mutual fund business. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mutual funds, with experience in operations, compliance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support the operational aspects of mutual fund transactions, including processing, settlements, and reconciliations

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards

- Provide customer service and support to investors, advisors, and other stakeholders

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and compliance, to ensure seamless operations

- Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing process improvements as needed

- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in mutual fund operations, with a focus on transaction processing, compliance, and customer service

- Strong knowledge of mutual fund products, operations, and regulatory requirements

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice to Have

- Certification in mutual funds, such as NISM or AMFI certification

- Experience with mutual fund software and systems, such as CRM or transaction processing systems

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including SEBI and AMFI guidelines
