🔹 Job Overview:

We are hiring a Back Office Marketing Executive to support Sales & Marketing activities including digital lead generation, market research, database management, client follow-ups, sales coordination, and daily reporting.

🎓 Qualification:

• MCA / BCA (Preferred)

• Any Graduate may also apply

• Additional Qualification (First Preference):

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) course completed, OR

  • AI / Digital Marketing Internship / Articleship completed

🧠 Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Back Office Marketing

• Freshers with AI course / internship / strong technical knowledge may also be considered

• Immediate joiners preferred

💻 Key Responsibilities:

• Digital & social media lead generation (B2B)

• Market research & competitor analysis

• CRM / Excel database maintenance

• Coordination with sales team & internal departments

• Preparation of quotations, proposals & marketing data

• Client follow-ups via phone & email

• Daily end-of-day (EOD) reporting to management

🛠 Preferred Skills & Software:

• Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)

• Basic knowledge of AI tools, automation, digital marketing tools

• Google tools / online promotions

• MS Excel, Word & Email

• Good communication & coordination skills
