Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive. The role is on-site and is located in Bengaluru. The Customer Relationship Management Executive will be responsible for managing and improving customer experiences. Key tasks include maintaining customer retention, providing support and solutions to customer issues, analyzing customer data, and supporting the sales team in building strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills for understanding customer data and predicting trends
Fresher and 1+ Experience in Customer Retention and enhancing the customer experience
Excellent Communication skills for interaction with clients and team members
Proficient in Sales strategies and techniques
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
