Job Summary

The Back Office Executive will provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities. The role involves data management, documentation, coordination with departments, and maintaining records accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update company records, databases, and files

• Handle data entry, documentation, and report preparation

• Support sales, accounts, and operations teams with backend work

• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and basic MIS reports

• Maintain stock, vendor, and customer records

• Coordinate with internal departments for required information

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data

• Assist in GST, billing, and basic accounting tasks (if required)

• Handle emails, follow-ups, and office correspondence

• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

• Basic knowledge of Tally / accounting software (preferred)

• Good typing speed and attention to detail

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Good communication and coordination skills

Experience

• Fresher or 0–2 years of relevant experience

• Experience in office administration or back-office operations is an advantage
