Experience: 1–3 years
Working days: Monday- Saturday (2nd & 4th Sat off)

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Key Responsibilities / Tasks / Activities
Manage and update the CRM system to track and monitor all sales activities.
Consolidate and prepare reports such as outstanding reports, reconciliations, and periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including logistics, procurement, and finance—to ensure optimized trading operations.
Stay updated on industry regulations, policies, and market conditions to support compliance and assist in strategic planning.
Generate ad-hoc data reports and analysis as required by the management.
