Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team in daily operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing sales presentations and proposals.
• Track sales activities, monitor progress against targets, and prepare regular sales reports for management. • Handle customer inquiries, providing product information and follow-up support with the technical support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure closure of sales lead into Orders with collaborative efforts with field sales and Technical Support team.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring that all customer interactions are logged and tracked.
• Foster strong relationships with key clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing customers.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends within the food processing industry.
• Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to support the sales team in strategic decision-making.
