We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support internal operations, documentation, and coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth back-end processes and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day back office operations and administrative support
Maintain accurate records, databases
Prepare and manage documentation including proposals, agreements.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams for data and task completion
Handle email communication, follow-ups, and internal coordination
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and process compliance
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, powepoint presentations and email communication
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask
Good written and verbal communication skills
