Job Summary
We are looking for a Management Trainee – Customer Relationship Management to support our customer handling and sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing client data, coordinating service calls, following up on sales orders, and assisting in payment recovery. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update client/customer data accurately in CRM systems
• Coordinate and schedule service calls with service engineers and customers
• Follow up with customers on sales orders, dispatch status, and delivery confirmations
• Regularly communicate with clients for order status, service updates, and feedback
• Assist in payment follow-ups and recovery, including reminders and coordination with accounts team
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues in a professional manner
• Prepare basic reports on service calls, orders, and outstanding payments
• Ensure timely follow-up and proper documentation of all customer interactions
• Support sales and service teams in daily operational activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline (BBA / B.Com / B.Sc / BA preferred)
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or CRM (freshers can apply)
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Ability to handle multiple follow-ups and meet deadlines
• Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in customer relationship management
• Experience working with CRM software
