We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Back Office cum Telecaller. The role involves handling back-office tasks, maintaining records, and managing customer interactions over the phone to support business operations.
Back Office Duties:
Maintain and update company databases, records, and documentation.
Handle data entry, filing, and administrative support tasks.
Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Manage emails, follow-ups, and communication support.
Telecalling Duties:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Explain products/services, offers, and promotions to customers.
Maintain call records, update CRM, and track follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to sales/lead generation.
Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of CRM or call management software is an advantage.
