Position: Back Office Coordinator – Admin
Location: Mayapuri, Delhi
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Week Off: Sunday
Salary: Up to ₹30,000
Experience: 1.5 Year to 3 Year
Gender Preference: Female
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing & raising Purchase Orders (POs)
• Handling Sales Orders and coordinating for stock checks & order placements
• Recording & circulating Minutes of Meetings (MOM)
• Coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and factory staff
• Overseeing office administration & maintenance
• Assisting in planning and organizing office celebrations/events
Requirements:
• Strong coordination & communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting)
• Ability to multitask and manage admin & back-office operations
• Prior experience in admin/back-office coordination preferred
