Overview:‬

‭ We are hiring experienced sales leaders to manage partner/channel-driven business‬

‭ operations across Gurgaon, Delhi, and Noida. Preference for candidates from the Home‬

‭ Loan sector; however, professionals from insurance or other financial domains with strong‬

‭ agency/channel management experience are welcome.‬

‭ Key Responsibilities:‬

‬‭ Drive business through partner and channel networks.‬

‬‭ Lead and develop high-performing sales teams.‬

‬‭ Build and maintain strong partner relationships.‬

‬‭ Scale operations across multiple locations as required.‬

‭ Candidate Profile:‬

1-6 years' experience in channel/agency management in financial services.‬

‬‭ Home Loan experience preferred; insurance/financial services backgrounds‬

‭ accepted.‬

‬‭ Strong leadership, communication, and multi-location management skills.‬

‬‭ Candidates without channel/partner sales experience will not be considered.
