Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated AMC & Preventive Maintenance Coordinator to handle client

coordination, preventive maintenance scheduling, and communication related to all AMC

activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance visits as per AMC timelines.

• Coordinate with clients through emails and calls for scheduling, confirmations, and updates.

• Draft and send professional emails related to AMC schedules, service updates, reports, and

feedback.

• Maintain proper records of AMC contracts, visit reports, and client communications.

• Track pending service issues, spare requirements, and follow up with the technical team.

• Prepare and submit monthly AMC reports for management review.

• Coordinate with the operations and sales team for AMC renewals and quotations.

• Ensure timely response and resolution to client queries and maintain client satisfaction
