• Resolve complaints or technical issues and offer personalized guidance on astrology services.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and keep customers informed about events, promotions, and new services.

• Collaborate with astrologers and technical teams to ensure smooth operations and follow up for customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Previous experience in customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.

• Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.

• Basic computer skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and customer support platforms.

• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• A positive attitude and the ability to work well with both customers and internal teams.
