Prepare and send quotations to customers as per company guidelines.
Create and manage tax invoices accurately and on time.
Conduct follow-ups with clients for order confirmation, payments, and related updates.
Maintain and update data records in Excel and other company systems.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entries and documentation.
Coordinate with the accounts and sales departments for smooth operations.
Prepare periodic reports on quotations, invoices, and client status.
