Salary: Rs. 14,000/- per month

Job Description:

The Data Entry Operator (Accounts Department) will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, entering data into the company’s financial systems, and assisting the accounts team in day-to-day operations. This position requires good typing speed, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter accounting and financial data accurately into Tally or Excel.

Maintain records of vouchers, bills, and invoices.

Update daily entries for purchases, sales, and expenses.

Support the accounts team in preparing balance sheets and ledgers.

File and organize all accounting documents properly.

Reconcile data to ensure accuracy and avoid duplication.

Assist in basic administrative and clerical work related to accounts.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of accounting and data entry.

Familiarity with MS Excel and Tally (preferred).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.

Work Environment:

Office-based role in East Planed, Kolkata.

Friendly and supportive accounts team.

Monday to Saturday working schedule.
