Edge Consultants is looking for a dynamic and reliable Office Assistant with basic computer skills and a willingness to travel for work. The ideal candidate will assist in daily office operations, data entry, coordination tasks, and be capable of supporting field operations in different cities as needed.
Perform routine clerical and administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, photocopying, and preparing reports.
Work on MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation and record keeping.
Support the team in project coordination, document collection, and submission.
Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and handling courier/logistics work.
Travel to other cities (once a month or as required) for coordination, field support, or document submission.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project sites when required.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, basic emailing, and data entry.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must own a personal laptop for work.
Must have a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel to other cities (travel allowance will be provided).
Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
Prior experience in engineering or consultancy firms is an added advantage.
