We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin to support academic operations and ensure smooth functioning of daily activities in our institution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day academic and administrative operations.
Coordinate admissions, student records, and enrollment processes.
Support faculty with class schedules, examinations, and academic events.
Ensure compliance with education policies and regulations.
Maintain official documentation and reports.
Act as a point of contact for students, parents, and external stakeholders.
Assist in staff recruitment, onboarding, and training support.
Monitor fee collection, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Skills Required
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems.
Knowledge of academic regulations and compliance.
Team coordination and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or related field.
1–4 years of relevant experience in educational administration or academic coordination.
