Job Summary:

The Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating office procedures, maintaining records, and assisting in organizational functions to support the smooth running of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure & Facility Maintenance

• IT Infrastructure Maintenance.

• Housekeeping Services

• Oversee the deployment, attendance, and discipline of security guards at all locations.

• Conduct routine inspections of all sites and report on maintenance needs and improvement areas.

• Working knowledge of civil, electrical, and IT infrastructure

• Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries as required.

• Ensure regular upkeep of furniture, fixtures, lighting, HVAC systems, and general utilities.

• Coordinate with IT vendors and internal teams for smooth functioning of IT hardware and basic

  software systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

• Proven experience (3-5years) in an administrative or office support role.
