We are looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory, materials, and tools for our interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock management, timely material issuance, and proper record-keeping to support smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or computerized systems. |
Issue materials, tools, and equipment to project teams as required.
Monitor stock levels and inform the procurement team of replenishment needs.
Organize and maintain the store to ensure cleanliness, safety, and easy accessibility.
Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Verify delivery notes, invoices, and material receipts.
Ensure proper storage and handling of interior materials such as plywood, laminates, hardware, paints, lighting fixtures, and accessories.
Coordinate with procurement, project managers, and site supervisors regarding material requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Requirements
Graduation or equivalent; additional certification in inventory or warehouse management is an advantage.
2–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in the interior fit-out, construction, or furniture industry.
Knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to handle physical inventory and work in a fast-paced environment.
