Project Execution:
Oversee daily site activities, interpret drawings, manage material requirements, and ensure implementation matches design specifications.
Team Coordination:
Supervise workers and subcontractors, provide direction, and manage vendors for timely material delivery.
Quality & Safety:
Conduct site inspections, uphold quality control, address defects, and enforce strict health, safety, and industry regulations.
Client & Stakeholder Liaison:
Act as the main contact, communicate progress, manage expectations, and report status to clients, designers, and management.
Documentation:
Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and manage project documentation.
Skills:
Leadership, communication (verbal & written), problem-solving, multitasking, organization, attention to detail, and adaptability.
Knowledge:
Architectural/interior design principles, technical drawings (AutoCAD, SketchUp), construction methods, and material knowledge.
