Job Summary:
The Civil Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, maintaining quality and safety standards, coordinating with contractors and labor, and ensuring timely completion of work.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily civil construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing work.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
Check material quality and maintain material consumption records.
Ensure work is completed within the project timeline.
Prepare daily progress reports and update the Project Manager.
Ensure safety guidelines are followed on site.
Conduct site inspections and identify quality issues.
Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth execution.
Measure work completed for contractor billing.
Resolve day-to-day site execution issues.
Qualification
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
ITI Civil candidates with strong site experience may also be considered.
Experience
2–8 years in residential, commercial, or industrial construction.
