Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day interior site execution and finishing work.
Coordinate with interior designers, contractors, vendors, and workers.
Read and understand AutoCAD drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and details.
Monitor carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and other interior works.
Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and design intent.
Check quality of materials and workmanship at site.
Take site measurements and identify execution issues.
Manage labour and coordinate daily work schedules.
Track project progress and report updates to the management/design team.
Resolve site-level execution issues and coordinate for timely completion.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and site discipline.
Requirements:
4–7 years of experience in interior execution/site supervision.
Strong knowledge of interior finishing and execution.
Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
Good knowledge of materials, vendors, and construction processes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to independently handle an interior project/site.
