Senior Interior Designer

Specialization: Showroom & Office Layout Planning and Execution
Department: Design & Execution (Residential/Commercial / Retail Fit-Out)
Reporting To: Design Head / Project Head
Location: NCR & Outstation (Frequent Site Visits)

Skills & Competencies Required

• Proficient in AutoCAD for Residential/commercial & retail layouts and detailed working drawings

• Strong expertise in 3D visualization using 3ds Max / SketchUp

• Solid understanding ofResidential/commercial & retail planning, circulation flow, customer experience (CX), and zoning

• Experience in Residential/commercial & retail space design

• Knowledge of fit-out execution, joinery detailing, finishes, fixtures, and retail furniture

• Understanding of lighting design for retail displays and workspaces

• Ability to design brand-aligned retail environments

• Strong understanding of BOQ coordination and design-execution alignment

• Ability to take accurate site measurements and resolve site constraints

• Strong client presentation, coordination, and communication skills

• Effective coordination with project managers, contractors, vendors, and site teams

Roles & Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand brand requirements, operational needs, budgets, and timelines

• Prepare retail concepts, space planning, zoning, and circulation layouts

• Develop showroom and office layouts aligned with brand identity and functionality

• Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, and detailed fit-out drawings using AutoCAD

• Create 3D visualizations, views, and walkthroughs for retail & office spaces

• Finalize materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, lighting, and display elements

• Coordinate with branding teams, contractors, and execution partners

• Conduct regular site visits (NCR & Outstation) to ensure execution as per approved drawings

• Resolve site execution issues and detailing conflicts

• Manage client feedback, design revisions, and approvals

• Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, quality standards, and budgets

• Maintain complete drawing sets, BOQs coordination, and approval documentation

What We Offer

• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month + incentive(based on experience & skills)
