• Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and drawings for residential and commercial projects, from concept stage through to execution. • Develop and detail floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations in line with project requirements and client expectations. • Should have strong knowledge of MEP coordination and liaisoning with relevant authorities for project approvals and clearances. • Should have sound knowledge of UDCPR (Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations) and its application in real estate projects, planning, and building approvals. • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure design feasibility and technical integration. • Prepare and submit drawings for statutory approvals, including RERA, municipal corporation, and other regulatory authorities. • Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation, resolve on-site design queries, and ensure construction aligns with approved drawings. • Review and revise designs based on feedback from management, consultants, and site execution teams. • Prepare working drawings, BOQs (in coordination with the estimation team), and material/finishing specifications. • Research and recommend design trends, materials, and construction techniques suited to affordable housing without compromising quality. • Maintain proper documentation of all design drawings, revisions, and approvals. • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of design-related site issues.
