Senior Architect (10+ Years Experience)

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Architect to lead projects, mentor teams, and drive design excellence from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects across all stages, from conceptual design to execution.

• Oversee project planning, coordination, and timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.

• Develop innovative design solutions and present concepts to clients and stakeholders.

• Prepare and review working drawings, construction documentation, and technical details.

• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.

• Supervise site execution, ensuring design intent and project quality are maintained.Mentor and guide junior architects while fostering a collaborative team environment.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and project objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.

• 10+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.

• Strong experience in Commercial, Residential, and Housing projects.

• Exceptional design, conceptualization, visualization, and presentation skills.

• In-depth knowledge of project planning, construction documentation, detailing, and execution.

• Proven ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants and stakeholders.

• Strong site management, leadership, and client relationship management skills.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
