The role involves preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with clients and consultants, conducting site visits, and ensuring projects are executed as per approved designs. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural planning, layouts, and working drawings.

• Develop 2D and 3D designs using architectural software.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams.

• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.

• Ensure compliance with design standards and regulations.

• Assist in project planning, documentation, and approvals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

• Minimum 1 year of experience.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office.

• Strong knowledge of architectural design, detailing, and construction processes.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Interior Designer

We are looking for an Interior Designer to join GISA Architect & Civil Projects Consultant to create functional, aesthetic, and client-focused interior spaces. The role involves preparing design concepts, selecting materials, coordinating with vendors, and supervising site execution. The position offers an attractive salary package based on experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations.

• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.

• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and décor elements.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients.

• Conduct site visits and supervise execution work.

• Ensure projects are completed according to approved designs and timelines.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design.

• Minimum 1 year of experience.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office.

• Strong knowledge of interior design, detailing, materials, and space planning.

• Good communication and client-handling skills.
