Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed construction drawings for real estate projects

• Collaborate with internal teams including development, engineering, sales, and project management

• Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, and interior designers)

• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements

• Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and design changes

• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design intent is maintained

• Assist in feasibility studies, space planning, and cost optimization

• Support authority approvals and permit applications

• Prepare design presentations and reports for management and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Architecture

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in real estate development or architectural firms

• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial building design

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office

• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and project coordination
