Position Summary:

We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic candidate to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support smooth office functioning. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who can multitask effectively and thrive in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage regular office activities

• Handle reception duties and assist visitors courteously

• Guide customers and guests to the relevant departments or team members

• Arrange procurement of office materials and equipment

• Monitor office maintenance and ensure workplace upkeep

• Manage administrative work including calls, emails, and documentation

• Supervise housekeeping and office support services

• Maintain employee attendance and records

• Assist in improving office workflow and operational efficiency

• Work on ERP systems, customer support tasks, and documentation processes

• Handle petty cash tracking and expense records

• Maintain and update client and project status reports

Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Strong coordination and organizational abilities

• Basic knowledge of MS Office; ERP knowledge will be an added advantage

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setup
