Key Responsibilities:
Ensure strict adherence to all site safety norms and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines
Maintain and manage all safety-related documentation, records, and reports accurately
Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance
Monitor and ensure proper usage and availability of PPE kits at the site
Handle and coordinate with labour workforce to enforce safety practices
Conduct safety training sessions and toolbox talks for workers
Coordinate with clients regarding safety protocols and compliance requirements
Prepare and maintain all necessary safety paperwork for audits and inspections
Take corrective actions to minimize risks and prevent accidents
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of site safety norms and EHS standards
Experience in safety documentation and paperwork management
Ability to handle labour and client coordination effectively
Good communication and organizational skills
