Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Engineer to ensure that all civil construction activities meet project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control processes at site and ensuring compliance with approved drawings and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor Quality Management System (QMS) at site.

• Conduct inspections of civil works such as concreting, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, finishing, etc.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and standards.

• Prepare and maintain quality documentation (ITP, checklists, inspection reports, NCRs).

• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and clients for inspections and approvals.

• Conduct material inspections and ensure approved materials are used.

• Monitor testing of materials (concrete cube test, slump test, soil test, etc.).

• Identify non-conformity and initiate corrective and preventive actions.

• Support internal and external quality audits.

• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of ISO standards

• Familiarity with QA/QC tools and documentation

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
