Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, professional, well-groomed, and highly organized PA to the MD with a B.E./B.Tech background in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. The candidate will assist the MD with daily activities, client meetings, presentations, travel, coordination, and confidential matters.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the MD’s daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and routine activities.
Assist with the MD’s professional and personal requirements, including food and dietary coordination.
Attend and manage client meetings with or, when required, without the MD.
Communicate professionally with clients, understand requirements, take meeting notes, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and the Director whenever required.
Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, reports, documents, and meeting materials as required.
Organize information for client and management meetings and ensure all documents are accurate and timely.
Travel with the MD to client locations and business meetings whenever required.
Coordinate travel arrangements, schedules, and meeting requirements.
In emergencies, drive the company/personal car when the designated driver is unavailable, provided the candidate holds a valid driving licence.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal, professional, and business matters of the MD.
Required Skills
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication, listening, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Confident and professional while interacting with clients and senior management.
Well-groomed, presentable, punctual, and disciplined.
Willingness to travel as required.
Ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion.
Valid driving licence and ability to drive in emergency situations.
