We are looking for a Operations Associate to join our team at Hgb Workman Company to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹40000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts(sometimes)---(execution of the plan is more important).

• Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.

• Source materials and manage vendor coordination with best quality and minimum costs.

• Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans and also as per schedule of launch date.

• Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants may be basic in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble/civil/electrical and related work with strong operational skills to get the things done in minimum time with maximum efforts with proper reporting.
