Modular Furniture Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Modular Furniture Technician responsible for installation, fitting, and servicing of modular kitchen and wardrobe accessories. The candidate should ensure proper installation, smooth functionality, and timely resolution of customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Modular Kitchen Hardware & Accessories Installation -

• Install modular kitchen hardware and accessories with precision

• Ensure proper alignment and secure fitting of all components

• Verify smooth functionality post-installation

• Maintain high finishing and quality standards

2. Modular Wardrobe Accessories & Fitting -

• Install wardrobe accessories efficiently

• Execute sliding door installation and adjustments

• Perform hinge fitting with accurate alignment

• Ensure seamless opening and closing operations

3. Complaint Handling & Service Support -

• Attend to customer complaints and service requests promptly

• Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions

• Carry out repairs, adjustments, or replacements as required

• Ensure customer satisfaction upon service completion

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain installation quality and finishing benchmarks

• Adhere to safety protocols at all times

• Coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Submit timely updates on work completion

• Handle tools and materials with care and accountability

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of modular kitchen and wardrobe fittings
