🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman (P&ES) responsible for preparing detailed drawings and layouts for Plumbing & Electrical Services. The candidate should have strong knowledge of drafting tools and the ability to interpret engineering designs into accurate technical drawings.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings for plumbing and electrical systems

Develop layouts, schematics, and as-built drawings

Interpret engineering designs and convert them into technical drawings

Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and project requirements

Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams

Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings

Make revisions based on feedback and site requirements

🔹 Required Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

Knowledge of Revit / BIM is a plus

Strong understanding of P&ES systems (Plumbing & Electrical)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Basic knowledge of construction and building codes

🔹 Qualifications

Diploma / ITI in Draftsmanship, Civil, Electrical, or related field

Certification in AutoCAD or relevant drafting tools preferred

Experience in MEP projects

Familiarity with site coordination

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
