Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Interior Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing design projects from conceptualization to execution.

You will translate client visions into stunning, functional realities, managing everything from mood boards and space planning to material selection and on-site supervision.

If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of spatial dynamics, and the technical skills to back up your creative vision, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Lead the creative direction of projects by developing unique design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and high-end material specifications.

• Space Planning & Drafting: Create detailed 2D space plans, structural layouts, and high-quality 3D isometric renderings.

• Client Collaboration: Meet with clients to understand their needs, budget, and aesthetic preferences, presenting design proposals clearly and confidently.

• Sourcing & Specification: Select and source premium furniture, fixtures, lighting, and finishes (such as high-end Italian marbles, light oaks, and specialized laminates).

• Project Management: Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure designs are executed accurately, adhering to our structured project stages and quality guidelines.

• Site Supervision: Visit project sites to oversee installation, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure strict quality control.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Min. 06 Months and 2 years of proven experience as an Interior Designer (experience with Residential or commercial is a strong plus).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a Interior Design , related field.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in 3D modeling and rendering software (such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar tools) to produce portfolio-grade, professional visualizations.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design styles, precise space planning, and clean technical execution.

• Material Knowledge: Familiarity with high-end materials, hardware systems, and premium finishes.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, client presentation, and project management skills; ability to thrive within a professional, structured framework.

  Office Timings & Culture

  • Flexible Working Window: Complete your mandatory 9-hour workday within our flexible studio hours of 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

  • Work-Life Balance: The studio remains closed on all Sundays and even-numbered Saturdays (2nd and 4th) of the month.

    Compensation: Competitive monthly stipend based on skill set and portfolio merit.
