Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing architectural concepts and design proposals for various projects.
• Prepare conceptual layouts, space planning, and design presentations.
• Develop architectural drawings based on project requirements and design briefs.
• Assist in preparing schematic designs, design development drawings, and working drawings.
• Ensure designs comply with client requirements, applicable codes, and regulations.
• Support senior architects in design reviews and revisions.
• Prepare architectural drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, detailed drawings, and construction details.
• Prepare submission drawings for statutory approvals.
• Maintain drawing revisions and document control.
• Organize project files and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all project drawings.
• Prepare 3D models and architectural visualizations.
• Develop presentation drawings for client meetings.
• Create presentation boards, mood boards, and design concepts.
• Assist in rendering and walkthrough presentations whenever required.

• Prepare material palettes and design presentation documents.
